 Titan
Hello fella's Been training since I was 15 now I'm ...well a lot older than 15...LOL Ive been on and off since 93'... US Navy Vet. Ive been a mod on a few boards over the years AB probably for the longest...but now I just surf and read and make new enemies...LOL I'm 5'11' 238lbs and about 15lbs over weight but Im working on it...most of the time. Don't smoke, dont drink and I dont go to church on Sunday or any other day of the week...LOL Not much I haven't done in the frecky sub culture of internet bodybuilding/sourcing but that's all behind me now..somehow I survived and lived to tell about it... Any way very nice board and Hope I will be able to contribute in some positive ways. Thanks for your time. Titan      |
