Arriving from Canada

Hey guys!!

Been around for a good 8 years now....know many, but always looking to meet others.
I have moderated some big sites, owned my own as well.

I am from Canada....in depth experience in training, cycling, and just about to get a national card in 12 weeks time. So yes I am prepping for judgement day once again.

Looking forward to hanging out here. Sig said this was a good place!

Hey all!!

On my kitchen counter I have a bag with 4 oreos cookies in it. The cookies have been there since week 14, now week 12.....every time I look at those delicious cookies...that could just melt in ma mouth...I just tell them: FUCK YOU!! I am not giving in.

My weakness in the offseason is sugar...ice cream every weekend...now NO MO ICE CREAM fo me!!

I have a pro doing my diet this time around.
Last November I earned 2nd place in the Mens Open Classic, and a 5th in teh Lightheavy weights. (I had not competed in nearly 10 years)
In 12 weeks time, I am going for the over all....lots going into this show this time around.

So let's %&%&CKING do this!!!!

I'm currently dieting myself, just for vanity, not competition, and know all about the evening cravings...its brutal at times, however one must keep your goal in your mind at all times, but you know that!
