...for the invitation. Board wouldn't let me put you as a reference. Typo on my part??? Anyhow...Hello All. Just turned 49. Been at this for a while. It's one of my passions...the other being backpacking. A mom of three great adults that are all gym rats like mom...and two wonderful little granddaughters. I live with fibromyalgia and Hashimoto's and had a rather bad run-in with lyme disease. But I've learned to train around my glitches. I'm natty due to my immune disorders and will probably never step on stage...but I've been addicted to the iron for so many years I would be lost without it! ~Val      |
