finished chest workout 3 hours from now.

Wide Grip Bench Press: Warm up x 15 reps, then 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 reps
-30 degree Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets of 10, 8 , 6 reps
-Butterfly chest exercise : 3 sets of 14, 12, 12 reps

workout is going great King. Pumps are good and from now on I'm sleeping at right time + increase my diet as well.

Do you always do 3 sets? Just asking because I used to do 4 and still do for some exercises but people tell me that I do too much (could you have a look at my journal and tell me what you think). Thank you!

Replied you MG. I prefer doing 4 sets of first exercise ( as first being the warmup). Working out at 30 C I prefer doing 3 sets. I checked your schedule and looking at that ... I see alot of exercising. So remember to read my workout redesign post - King gave an excellent advice.

I just read your comment about my routine. My warm up consists of 15 min stationary bike to get the blood flowing into my veins
I will read the workout redesign post when I get back from work (I have a lot of catching up to do ...). Thanks again!

Banana Shake: 3 banana + 1/2 L Milk + 50g whey protein

After 3 hours. A bowl of Oats meal.

Lunch: Rice + Chicken Masala.

2 hours again. 1 Bowl of oats meal. And (50g) Protein Shake.

Before workout ( 1 hour ): (50g) protein Shake.

20 mins before workout: jack3d

And Cell-tech during the workout.

Exercise back:

Deadlift: 15x warmup, 14 12 10 reps
T-Bar: 14, 12, 10
Close grip pulldown: 14, 12, 10

after workout: (50g) protien Shake

Now another bowl of Oats meal. before my final night meal.

You eat every three hours and you like oats obviously. I used to eat oatmeal every morning but it was a bit heavy on the stomach ...

Three exercises for the back .. interesting. I start to think that I'm really overdoing it lol
