finished chest workout 3 hours from now. Wide Grip Bench Press: Warm up x 15 reps, then 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 reps -30 degree Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets of 10, 8 , 6 reps -Butterfly chest exercise : 3 sets of 14, 12, 12 reps |

Do you always do 3 sets? Just asking because I used to do 4 and still do for some exercises but people tell me that I do too much (could you have a look at my journal and tell me what you think). Thank you!

Exercise back: Deadlift: 15x warmup, 14 12 10 reps T-Bar: 14, 12, 10 Close grip pulldown: 14, 12, 10 after workout: (50g) protien Shake Now another bowl of Oats meal. before my final night meal. |
