So, i've decided to continue.

Will be posting up some current pics .....

currently at 228lbs around %14-15bf-ish

running test/dbol/deca/arimidex for the winter

then, for contest

test/winny/eq/fina/halo

pics up soon, and as i go!

im digging up old pictures of me when i was obese....and then pics of the weight loss. then the pics of my way up to current.....i'd like to show the whole timeframe.

right now, my stomach looks like barf. but im gaining strength and weight at a good pace, im feeling good.

as for weight to enter show?

i dunno...... i've never been THAT shredded and depleated yet, so i dont know how my body will handle going that low. hopefully the diet and gear can stop me from losing too much lean mass.

i'd LIKE to be 185-190 at LEAST.... we'll see.

pics of before and current coming very soon. found my usb drive with them all tonight.
