I was overtraining the last couple of months, it's a tendency that I have while I know that the more isn't necessary the better in our sport. I noticed that my muscles were shrinking instead of growing (especially now that I'm not juicing) and that's why I'm going back to a 3-day split (EOD). I also added creatine and glutamine to my daily supps. The tiredness could be due to insomnia and a low blood pressure (9/5).
